Hi, I’m Danielle Sykes, a New England-based photographer specializing in lifestyle imagery for food, interior, and hospitality clients.

With a honed awareness, I shape everyday, lived-in moments into scenes that are quietly magical. My work feels deeply immersive and alive.
After three years working in the medical field, I realized I was wildly unhappy with my career choice, so I completely redesigned my life to let creativity rule.
Photography has opened the door to many adventures, including a chapter living and working in Los Angeles, which sparked my love for life on the move. I’m now based in Vermont, but I regularly travel throughout New England and beyond for clients. On set, I pair a calm, witty presence with a ruthless commitment to efficiency, making every production feel fun and easy.
In my free time, I prefer to be outdoors wandering on a bike, skis, or on foot. Some of my favorite things are winter, road trips, baking, reading, and impromptu living room dance parties with my husband and daughter.
